Play-offs Begin for Overwatch Gold
The Williamson College of the Trades overwatch team will take on St. Bonaventure University in the opening round of the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) play-offs tonight (Thursday) at 6:00 P.M. Williamson's Gold team finished undefeated during the Fall regular season. Not only did they finish undefeated, they did not drop a single map along the way.
"Our guys are excited. They have played hard all season long. We had a great week of practice. We know we face a stiff challenge, but our guys will be ready to give it their all," shared Williamson head coach Nick Mariani.
If Williamson can take down the Bonnies tonight, they would then play the winner of Hood College versus Kings College on Thursday, November 30 at 6:00 P.M.
