MEDIA, Pa. – The Williamson College of the Trades soccer team ended its season with a Senior Day celebration before battling to a 6-1 setback against Christendom.
BY THE NUMBERS
- Ian Farnan scored his first goal of the season.
- Triston Seales recorded his fifth assist and ends the season tied for the team lead with 17 points.
- Aaron O'Keeffe made 10 saves.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Mechanics got on the board first in the 14th minute when Seales rolled a cross into the box where it was redirected past the keeper by Farnan.
- Christendom rallied to put two goals on the board in a 92 second span, taking a 2-1 lead into halftime.
- The Crusaders methodically added second half scores to crteate the final.
SENIOR CEREMONY
Prior to the match, Williamson honored Jovany Allegrini, Daniel Andre, Matthew Burget, Colin Catrombone, Rob Wagner and Gashaw Young for their contributions to the program throughout their careers.
