Flu, Central Penn Prove too Much for Williamson to Overcome

Missing three starters due to a sudden influx of the flu, as well as their head coach who also was out with the flu, proved to be too much for Williamson to overcome as they fell on the road to Central Penn, 75-61.

Williamson hung with the Knights early, a the game was tied at 38 each at half but the lack of available players took its toll as they ran out of steam at the end.

"It was tough.  We had no one we could put in and our guys were gassed." Shared assistant coach Kevin Brown, who ran things for the team. "We then had additional guys complaining of feeling sick on the ride home.  We are in a bad place right now."

Williamson drops to 13-10 on the year.  They hope to have enough players to play at HAAC on Thursday night.
