The #2 ranked Williamson lacrosse team continued their undefeated streak, as they used a huge third period to put away host Del Tech in an 18-6 win on the road Wednesday night. Williamson led 4-0 at the end of the first period and stretched that to an 8-2 halftime lead. Any dream of a miraculous comeback by the hosts were then crushed by a commanding third quarter performance that saw Williamson outscore the hosts 7-2, to go u 15-4 heading into the final stanza. Williamson cruised from there to win their 11th straight. Freshman Seamus Bohannon led the way for Williamson with a huge night, as he scored six goals and added four assists on top of that. Konnor Oreskovich added three goals and four assists, while Josh Kirkpatrick and Matt Dickinson added two apiece. Cooper Conroy and Rob Wagner each added a goal and three assists, while Sean Lohr added a goal and an assist. Jack Welsh has 18 saves in net for Williamson. The win moves the #2 ranked team in the latest NCLL Division II national poll to 11-0. They will close out their regular season on Friday night in a 7:00 P.M. start against #11 ranked TCNJ. The game is also Senior night, with a short ceremony for parents and the seniors prior to the game.
