Lacrosse to Host Liberty Division Semifinal Round on Sunday
The National Collegiate Lacrosse League has announced that Williamson College of the Trades will be the host site for one of two Liberty division semifinal games in the next few days. Williamson will host Rowan University in a noon start this Sunday, April 27. West Chester will host the winner of a play-in game between TCNJ and Drexel next week in the other semifinal game.
Sunday's game will be a rematch between two evenly matched teams. The squads met two weeks ago, with Williamson coming out on top in overtime, 5-4. The Mechanics twice had to come from behind in that game before eventually getting the game winner in the extra session.
The semifinal game winners will play at the higher seed for the Liberty Division title and a berth in the Division II Final Four next Sunday, May 4.
